Who:  Members of the ICHH Regional Networks and HPRP Recipients

The purpose of this event is to highlight emerging and best practices from across Massachusetts that are focused on diversion, triage, rapid re-housing, and regional coordination of services.  Principles and strategies from these programs can be implemented within HPRP and ICHH funded programs.

This event is targeted toward  the entire community of practice: consumer representatives, front line practitioners, agency and program directors, public housing administrators, among other community leaders.
