Heading Home Minnesota includes Minnesota’s Business Plan to End Homelessness and seven regional “Heading Home” initiatives across the state. These initiatives represent innovative, unprecedented coordinated partnerships with the support of the public, business, nonprofit, faith and philanthropic sectors.
Minnesota state leaders have come together out of concern for the plight of homeless youth, adults and families in our community. From every angle, ending homelessness makes sense – morally and economically. Leaders committed to our vision of ending homelessness by 2010 comprise a Heading Home Steering Committee (members listed below) as well as Task Forces regarding philanthropy, public policy, business, faith and public relations.
