Please note that Funders Together is a knowledge exchange and grantmaking network for foundations and corporations with a shared interest in ending homelessness. Funders Together does not provide direct financial support to homeless individuals or families, or to nonprofit agencies and services providers.

• Homeless individuals and families may find general advice on available resources here.
• Nonprofit agencies and services providers are encouraged to Share Your Story, and to submit press coverage, videos and other media coverage you would like shared through the Funders Together site. Materials submitted will be reviewed for relevance and may or may not be posted on the site.
